30-Day Return Window
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Return
- 1. Email support@deskcraftstudio.com with your order number and reason for return.
- 2. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label (customer pays $7.95 for return shipping, deducted from refund).
- 3. Pack items securely in original packaging if possible.
- 4. Drop off at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.
- 5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, altered, or are not in resellable condition are not eligible for return. This includes items that show signs of wear, scratches, or patina development (for leather goods — if you have used it and love it, that is not a defect).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired variant.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately with photos. We will cover all return shipping and process a full refund or replacement at your preference.
