Processing Time
Orders typically process within 2-3 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During peak periods (November-December), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also check order status in your account dashboard.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
